CHARLOTTE, NC – March 9, 2009 – Waypoint Solutions Group President Dan Wilson has been nominated for a Leadership and Innovation Award by MSPAlliance, the world’s largest professional association and accrediting body for the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.
MSPAlliance members are currently voting for the Leadership and Innovation Award winner via online balloting. The winner will be announced at MSPWorld™, held April 30 through May 1, 2009, in Orlando, FL. MSPWorld is the only event with a single focus of supporting the MSP industry and its vendor partners.
Wilson is one of only five MSP and vendor executives nominated for the Leadership and Innovation Award. Wilson and Waypoint are the only company from the Carolinas represented among the nominees.
MSPAlliance, the world’s largest professional association and accrediting body for the MSP industry, works to create an active community of trusted, accredited MSPs.
“To be recognized and nominated for the award is very exciting for me and for the entire Waypoint team,” said Dan Wilson, president of Waypoint Solutions Group. “We work day-in, day-out to not only raise the bar for our company with our client work, but to raise awareness of the entire MSP industry.”
Last year, Waypoint Solutions Group was the only Charlotte company named in the MSPmentor 100. This distinctive list recognizes IT managed service providers, integrators and consultants who vastly improve customer service for their clients.
